What is it for?

This halal beef N’Duja is the Halal version of a true Calabrian specialty that we are proud to introduce to the international gourmet markets. N’duja is a soft salami that is either spread on a slice of toasted bread as is, or eaten after it is heated up in its custom, hand made clay pot heater tableside (like a mini fondue; the clay pot heater is available upon request), which creates an unforgettable visual and culinary experience.
This Halal Nduja is produced by an artisan producer in Calabria using the same methods since centuries, now in a Halal version exclusively for Omer and Eo.
