Where is it from?
This Bresaola is superbly made in the north of Italy.
The ‘territory’ where this Bresaola is produced is situated in a mountain valley lanced by winds from Alpine glaciers. This gives the Bresaola its distinctive, almost piney aroma, and also the extraordinarily subtle nuances in its flavor.

What is it for?
Has a delicate flavor that makes it great for breakfast.
Wonderful for antipasti, appetizers, finger food at social events, on it’s own, or with toasted bread. If bought whole, the product needs to be sliced very thin. This Bresaola pairs perfectly with parmesan cheese, arugula, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and cracked pepper. Pure indulgence!
